RECOVERY GIVES Fundraiser

Friends of Recovery Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit established in 1992 with a mission to support the growth of 12-step recovery in central Arkansas by providing a permanent and safe facility for any 12-step group wishing to meet regularly.  

Recovery Central is the name of our meeting facility in downtown Little Rock. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and host 21+ meetings each week.

We are a nonprofit in every sense! We do not have any paid staff, relying entirely on volunteers. Our elected all-volunteer Board of Directors manages the upkeep of the building, financial records, city licensing, trash pickup, emergency repair work, utility payments, and general maintenance. If a job is too big for our volunteers, we accept bids from our local community. Our board meets on the first Saturday of each month and anyone that wishes to attend is welcome. 

Thanks to supporters like you, we have not found it necessary to close the building down for any length of time that would prohibit our groups from being able to meet at their regularly scheduled time.
